Twice a year, Gurung honey hunters descend rope ladders their grandfathers wove, smoke drifting up the rock face, to cut wild comb from colonies that have never known a hive. It is dangerous, patient work — and the only way this honey exists.
We pay harvest crews directly, take only what the cliffs can spare, and leave every colony standing for the next bloom.
